About Me

Jayeden (she/they) is a Queer neurodivergent Femme, and a non-Indigenous treaty person living in Toronto Ontario. Originally hailing from Collingwood Ontario, Jayeden has worked with youth for over a decade as a circus coach and community facilitator. In this work, they have witnessed and lived the profound impact that movement and community can have on supporting people.

Jayeden is the director of Rainbow Circus, a program focused on creating Queer and Trans centered, and disability-inclusive movement spaces. She has an honours BA from the University of Toronto and is currently in her second year of studying toward a diploma in dance movement therapy from Dance Therapy Training Aotearoa. (The facilitator is still a student and will be consulting with an experienced DMT supervisor on all client work.)

“I trust in meeting you where you are and recognizing that as good enough. I know that you already have the strength and power within you. I’m here as a coach to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. I’m going to cheer for all of your successes—even if your success of the day is showing up. “
